3. No Employment or Visa Guarantee

Silverspace Inc:

• Does not guarantee job placement or employment
• Does not guarantee salary levels or hiring outcomes
• Does not guarantee immigration or visa outcomes
• Is not an employer, payroll provider, or immigration authority

Clients remain fully responsible for job applications, interviews, employment decisions, and immigration compliance.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Participate actively in coaching and advisory sessions
• Attend scheduled meetings and interviews
• Maintain professional conduct with employers and partners
• Comply with all applicable employment and immigration laws

Failure to cooperate may impact service effectiveness.

5. Fees & Payments

Fees are charged for professional advisory services and may include:

• An upfront fee charged at checkout
• Success-based advisory fees invoiced after voluntary employment acceptance

All fees, payment schedules, and conditions are governed by the signed Service Agreement.

6. Refund Policy

7. Intellectual Property

Silverspace Inc may recommend or coordinate with third-party vendors, employers, or service providers.

We are not responsible for the actions, decisions, or services of third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silverspace Inc shall not be liable for:

• Lost job opportunities or income
• Immigration or visa decisions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for services rendered.

10. Termination

Silverspace Inc reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a client:

• Breaches these Terms
• Violates the Service Agreement
• Engages in unlawful or abusive conduct

Termination does not relieve payment obligations for services already rendered.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
